Reservation, Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy
- All services require a credit card to guarantee your reservation; however, you will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no-show. Payment is collected at the front desk on the day of service, and guests may choose their preferred method of payment upon arrival. Because online booking does not process payment at the time of scheduling, appointments cannot be purchased as gifts. If you’d like to treat someone special, we’re happy to assist you with purchasing a gift certificate in person. Alternatively, you may book an appointment online for the recipient and send them cash or Venmo so they can pay when they arrive for their massage.
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 4 hours preceding your appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling within the 4-hour window will be charged full price of the scheduled service.
- Please arrive 3 to 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to check in and get ready, so that we can start your massage on your appointment time. Our massages are a full 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.
- Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. We will start with the pressure level you choose, but feel free to let us know if you need us to adjust pressure anytime during the massage. Just tell us "harder" or "softer", and we will follow your instructions.
